TheraPy Services and Fees

If you choose to utilize your insurance for services I will happily file the claim for you.    While I will assist you to the best of my ability with your insurance, you are ultimately responsible for payment if your insurance does not cover services.  I urge you to speak with your insurance carrier to fully understand the amount of your deductible that may be owed, copayments, and any restrictions for mental health/behavioral health services.  All copays/deductibles are due at the time of session.

I am in network with the following insurance panels:

• Medicare
• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• United Health Care
• Optum

If you have a different insurance that I am not a network provider for you can contact your insurance company and ask them if they provide Out of Network benefits for behavioral health/mental health benefits.  Many insurance companies offer benefits with a larger copay.  I can also provide a Superbill to you for services so that you can submit them to your insurance company if I am not a network provider.  Payment for services will be due at the time of service if I am not a network provider for your insurance company.

Session Fees

Initial Session: $150

Individual/Family Session (45-55 min): $125

If you know that you would like to have an extended session you will need to request that ahead of time due to scheduling issues.  It will be an additional $50 per 1/2 hour for extended sessions.

All payments are due at the time of session
